Refund Policy

To better assist you with your issue, please go to in-app customer service and submit a request with the following information:

2. An image of your Google Play receipt, including the order ID (starting with GPA), total amount, and date.

Thank you for using our app. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making any in-app purchases.

1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds subject to certain conditions. All refund requests must meet the following conditions:

- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

- Refunds are only available for unused or unactivated in-app content.

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund, but you must provide a valid reason.

- We will review your refund request after submitting it, and if approved, we will process it as soon as possible.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the refund conditions, you can request a refund by:

3. Cases where refunds are not given

- If the content has been activated or used.

- If a refund request is made 30 days after the purchase date.

- If the purchase was made in error due to user error.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and return the money to your original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.). Refund processing may take 3-7 working days.

This refund policy may be updated or modified in accordance with legal requirements or changes in our services. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.

Welcome to Do it, a mobile application operated by Shyhub Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Do it app and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. If you are underage, do not use the app.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not post, share, or transmit any content that:

- Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material;

- Includes excessive violence or content promoting harm;

- Is harassing, abusive, threatening, or hateful;

- Is false, misleading, defamatory, or libelous;

- Violates copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property or privacy rights;

- Promotes illegal activities or conduct;

- Includes photos/videos of others without their consent;

- Links to adult or harmful websites;

- Is spam, advertising, or unauthorized commercial content.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or share through the Service. We reserve the right to review, reject, remove, or moderate any content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason at all.
By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

- Criminal, fraudulent, or abusive behavior;

- Impersonating another person or user;

- Using or sharing another user’s account or login info;

- Data scraping, hacking, or reverse-engineering the app;

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Effective Date" or by other means as required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
